Description

Tuvonralimab is an experimental immunotherapy agent that appears in clinical trials for colorectal cancer, particularly in patients with BRAF V600E mutations and microsatellite stable (MSS) tumors. Based on trial data, it is being combined with chemotherapy regimens like FOLFIRI, TAS-102, and bevacizumab in metastatic colorectal cancer settings.
