Description

Sarclisa is primarily used in the treatment of multiple myeloma and has not been approved for colorectal cancer. It works by inducing apoptosis in CD38-expressing cells, but there are currently no clinical trials indicating its efficacy or safety profile in CCR patients.

Mechanism of Action

Isatuximab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that binds to the CD38 protein, which is highly expressed on multiple myeloma cells and some hematologic malignancies but not on normal tissues.
