Description

Aipalolitovorelizumab (QL1706) is an immunotherapy agent being evaluated specifically for microsatellite stable (MSS) metastatic colorectal cancer, a subset that typically shows poor response to conventional immune checkpoint inhibitors. The drug is designed to overcome immune resistance in "cold" tumors by enhancing immune system activation against cancer cells.
