Description
PeptiCRAd-1 is under investigation for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer. Mechanism of Action
PeptiCRAd-1 is an oncolytic adenovirus designed to selectively replicate in and lyse colorectal cancer cells expressing the EGF receptor variant III (EGFRvIII). It delivers a gene encoding for IL-12, enhancing antitumor immunity.
