Description
PDS01ADC is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed for treatment of metastatic colorecral cancer, particularly in patients with microsatellite stable (MSS) tumors. This compound combines a targeted antibody with a cytotoxic payload to deliver chemotherapy directly to cancer cells. The drug is being evaluated in combination with hepatic artery infusion pump therapy and systemic treatments for liver-predominant metastatic disease.
Mechanism of Action
As an antibody-drug conjugate, PDS01ADC consists of a monoclonal antibody linked to a cytotoxic drug that binds to specific antigens expressed on colorectal cancer cells.
