Description

NUC-3373 is an experimental medication currently being studied in clinical trials for colorectal cancer (CRC). It is being investigated to see if it can be safely used in combination with standard CRC treatments like leucovorin, oxaliplatin, irinotecan, bevacizumab, cetuximab, and panitumumab. The goal of these early-phase trials is to determine the best dose and schedule for NUC-3373 when used with these other drugs.
