Description
Norepinephrine is not used as a primary treatment for colorectal cancer but may be administered in critical care settings to manage hypotension associated with sepsis or hemorrhage. It has no direct antitumor effects and its use is unrelated to the management of CCR.
Mechanism of Action
Norepinephrine is an alpha- and beta-adrenergic agonist that primarily acts by increasing blood pressure through vasoconstriction and enhancing cardiac contractility.
