Description

Neratinib is used in the extended adjuvant setting for patients with early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer following trastuzumab-based therapy. It has not been approved or widely studied for use in colorectal cancer (CRC).

Mechanism of Action

Neratinib is an irreversible pan-ErbB receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor that blocks the activity of EGFR (ErbB1) and other ErbB family members, including HER2.
