Description

HS-20117 is an investigational drug currently being studied by Jiangsu Hansoh Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. It is being evaluated in early-phase clinical trials (Phase 1) for patients with advanced solid tumors, including colorectal cancer (CRC) and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The trials are primarily focused on patients whose tumors have a specific KRAS G12C mutation. HS-20117 is being tested in combination with other standard anti-cancer therapies, such as chemotherapy (like 5-Fluorouracil, Capecitabine, Oxaliplatin, Leucovorin, Platinum) and other investigational agents (like HS-10370, HS-20093, Adebrelimab). The goal of these early trials is to determine the safety, tolerability, and potential effectiveness of HS-20117 in these patient populations. It is not yet approved for use in CRC or any other cancer.

Mechanism of Action

The specific way HS-20117 works (its mechanism of action) is currently being investigated in clinical trials. It is being studied in combination with other anti-cancer therapies to see if it can improve treatment outcomes in patients with KRAS G12C-mutated advanced solid tumors, including CRC.

Side Effects

As HS-20117 is an investigational drug in early-phase trials The full range of potential side effects is still being evaluated. Information about side effects from these early trials is not yet widely available. Researchers are carefully monitoring patients in the trials to assess the safety and tolerability of HS-20117.

Not all side effects are listed. Side effects vary by individual. Always consult your oncologist.
