Description

HRO761 is an experimental oral medication being studied by Novartis Pharmaceuticals. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for certain cancers, including colorectal cancer, specifically in patients whose tumors have high microsatellite instability (MSI-H). This means the drug is being tested for the first time in people. The goal of these early trials is to determine the right dose and how safe HRO761 is.
