Description

GM103 is an experimental medication currently being studied in clinical trials for various solid tumors, including colorectal cancer. It is being investigated as a potential treatment for locally advanced, unresectable, refractory, and/or metastatic disease. The trials are in Phase 1, which means they are primarily focused on determining the safest dose (Maximum Tolerated Dose or MTD) and understanding how patients tolerate the drug, both when given alone (monotherapy) and in combination with another immunotherapy drug called pembrolizumab. The goal is to see if GM103 is safe and if it shows any early signs of effectiveness in shrinking tumors or slowing their growth.
