Description
GEN1042 is a bispecific antibody drug conjugate that targets both the 4-1BB costimulatory receptor and 5T4 tumor-associated antigen. This dual-targeting approach is designed to selectively activate T-cells within the tumor microenvironment while delivering cytotoxic payload to 5T4-expressing cancer cells. Mechanism of Action
