Description

FT536 is an experimental medicine being studied by Fate Therapeutics. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for advanced solid tumors, including colorectal cancer. These early-stage trials are designed to determine the safest dose and how patients respond to the treatment. FT536 is being tested both on its own (monotherapy) and in combination with certain monoclonal antibodies (a type of targeted therapy). The trials are looking at patients with different types of advanced solid tumors, including colorectal cancer, to see if FT536 is effective and safe. The specific way FT536 works is still being investigated in these trials.

Mechanism of Action

FT536 is being studied as a potential treatment for advanced solid tumors. It is being investigated in Phase 1 trials, both alone and in combination with monoclonal antibodies. The specific molecular target or mechanism of action for FT536 is currently being characterized in clinical trials.

Side Effects

Because FT536 is an experimental drug in early-phase clinical trials (Phase 1) The full range of potential side effects is still being evaluated. Information about side effects from these trials is not yet widely available. As more data becomes available from ongoing studies A clearer picture of the side effect profile will emerge.

Not all side effects are listed. Side effects vary by individual. Always consult your oncologist.
