Description
FOG-001 is an experimental medication currently being studied in clinical trials for various advanced solid tumors, including colorectal cancer. It is being investigated to see if it is safe, how the body processes it, and if it has any effect on tumors. Specifically, trials are looking at FOG-001 in patients with advanced colorectal cancer who have certain genetic changes, such as APC mutations or MSI-H status (microsatellite instability-high). Some trials are also looking at patients based on PD-L1 expression levels. Mechanism of Action
