Description
Etodolac is not typically used in the treatment of colorectal cancer; it is primarily indicated for pain relief and management of inflammatory conditions. There is no established role for etodolac in the clinical management of CCR based on current evidence from clinical trials.
Mechanism of Action
Etodolac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes to reduce prostaglandin synthesis, thereby decreasing inflammation and pain.

Gastrointestinal bleeding; renal impairment; cardiovascular events such as myocardial infarction and stroke; allergic reactions; headache; dizziness
