DKY709 (Various)

Other Medications

Description

DKY709 is a selective small molecule inhibitor designed to target specific protein kinases involved in cancer cell growth and survival. This compound belongs to the kinase inhibitor class of anticancer agents, indicated for treatment of solid tumors with particular kinase pathway dependencies. The drug works by blocking enzymatic activity of key signaling proteins that drive malignant cell proliferation.

Mechanism of Action

Inhibits specific protein kinase activity by binding to the ATP-binding site of target enzymes, preventing phosphorylation of downstream substrates and disrupting oncogenic signaling cascades that promote tumor growth and metastasis.

Side Effects

Fatigue Nausea Diarrhea Decreased appetite Skin rash Elevated liver enzymes Thrombocytopenia Neutropenia
