Description

Digoxin is not used in the treatment of colorectal cancer; it is primarily indicated for heart conditions such as chronic heart failure and certain types of arrhythmias. It does not have a role in oncology or CCR therapy.

Mechanism of Action

Digoxin acts by inhibiting the Na+/K+ ATPase pump, leading to increased intracellular calcium levels and enhanced contractility of cardiac muscle.
