Description

Teclistamab-cqyv is used in the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma and has shown efficacy in clinical trials, but it is not currently indicated for colorectal cancer. Its mechanism does not target pathways typically involved in colorectal carcinogenesis.

Mechanism of Action

Teclistamab-cqyv is a bispecific antibody that binds to both CD3 and BCMA (B-cell maturation antigen) receptors, facilitating the interaction between T cells and malignant plasma cells.
