Description
Lazertinib (also known as ABN401) is an investigational drug currently being studied in clinical trials for certain types of colorectal cancer. It is being tested in patients whose tumors have specific changes (mutations or amplification) in the MET gene. MET is a protein that can help cancer cells grow and spread. Lazertinib is being investigated to see if it can stop or slow the growth of these cancers. Mechanism of Action
