Tovecimig
Clinical Trials Overview
About Tovecimig
Tovecimig is an investigational medication currently being studied in clinical trials for colorectal cancer. It is being evaluated as a potential treatment option for patients whose cancer has spread (metastatic) and has not responded to, or has returned after, one previous round of treatment (second-line therapy). The trials are designed to assess the safety and effectiveness of Tovecimig when given in combination with a standard chemotherapy regimen called FOLFIRI (which includes the drugs 5-Fluorouracil, Irinotecan, and Leucovorin). Tovecimig is not yet approved for use in colorectal cancer and is only available through clinical trials.
